Specifically write the first letter to SBS, and if they replied, respond with our proposal. The phase of which was out of our hands, and that we needed to get done as soon as possible.

But the chance of that happening would be that of a (friendly) medic, with full charge, using it to save my pitiful little scouty @$$. (Full of TF2 analogies today).
